An air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger of a high efficiency refrigerated air dryer with a guide vane and an oil removing nozzle is provided to increase heat exchange rate in comparison to the existing rate, to solve problems caused by refrigerant oil, and to increase heat exchange efficiency and to obtain maximum energy efficiency by promoting the inside flow of a heat exchanger in a tube of a heat exchanger evenly. An air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger of a high efficiency refrigerated air dryer comprises a guide vane and an oil removing nozzle. A guide vane having a hole size of 7mm+3.5mm and a guide vane having a hole size of 7mm are installed on the front of the air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger integrally and a guide vane having a hole size of 7mm is installed on the rear of the air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger integrally according to the property of a refrigerant, and an oil removing nozzle is installed in the guide vane to mix the remaining oil of the refrigerant generated by heat exchange in the heat exchanger with the circulated refrigerant from 1 pass flow to 4 pass flow to flow out to an outlet. |
