A bed-soil heating apparatus capable of controlling heat emission is provided to prevent steam supplied into a cylindrical housing from being emitted outside through a bed soil inlet and a bed soil outlet by equipping the housing with a revolving door-type opening. A bed-soil heating apparatus capable of controlling heat emission comprises: a cylindrical housing(10) which is formed with a bed soil inlet(11) and a bed soil outlet(12) and has a steam supply structure for supplying steam inside; a stirring blade part(20) which has rods(22) with stirring blades(23) in a radial structure at the external diameter of a rotating shaft(21) passing through the housing; and a power generation part(30) which generates and supplies a rotary power necessary for the rotation of the rotating shaft. A revolving door-type opening(60) is formed at the bed soil inlet or the bed soil outlet, or at both of them. Therefore, the revolving door-type opening can supply and discharge the bed soil rapidly while preventing heat from being emitted outside through the bed soil inlet and the bed soil outlet.
