A pneumatic tire for a vehicle is provided to increase the cornering force of the vehicle as well as to enhance handling capacity over a wet or dry ground by forming a sidewall rubber part by combining a conventional sidewall rubber layer with a rubber layer with high solidity. A pneumatic tire for a vehicle comprises a tread(1), a sidewall(2), and a bead unit(3). The sidewall is comprised of a sidewall rubber part(21) and a rim cushion rubber part(22). The rubber for the sidewall is composed by combining a conventional sidewall rubber layer(211) with a rubber layer with high solidity(212). The rubber layer with high solidity is made of the same material as the rim cushion rubber part. The rubber layer with high solidity and the rim cushion rubber part are extruded as a single unit.
