摘要 A method for making boiled-meat instantly is provided to boil meat rapidly by heat transferred directly through a pot and steam, to enable a consumer to cook the boiled-meat personally in a restaurant, and to prevent the meat from getting scorched on the bottom of the pot. A method for making boiled-meat instantly comprises: a meat preparation step of slicing meat by 3~5cm in width, 3~20cm in length, and 0.3~1.0cm in thickness to prepare meat(3) in a boiled-meat state; a heating preparation step of spreading the meat on the bottom(1a) of a pot(1) which has a bottom diameter of 20~30cm and a height of 5~15cm and is equipped with a glass lid(2), pouring 10~20wt% of water, 0.5~2.0wt% of a seasoning, and 15~30wt% of liquor, based on the weight of boiled-meat, and closing the lid; and an instant boiled-meat preparation step of heating the pot on a gas range for 5~10min.
