<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminare improved light ejection efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A light source unit A is contained in a lighting unit body 100. The light source unit A has an LED module 2 in which a plurality of light emission device 1 using an LED chip is arranged on the one side of a base substrate 200, and a cover member 3 provided with a lens 301 for controlling the direction of light emitted from the light emission device 1 to each portions opposite to the each light emission device 1. Each of the lenses 301 has a concave 302 staring at least a part of the light emission device 1.
