<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic watermark information embedding method and an electronic watermark information embedding apparatus capable of embedding a watermark whose elimination is difficult into image information with a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: When a watermark embedding object image is received as an embedding object of electronic watermark information, a plurality of moving points (mobile reference positions) are established in image contents on the basis of the number of moving points entered by a user, and a management number information generator 104 generates management number information including, e.g. a user ID or the like. An image modification processor 106 calculates a moving direction and/or moving amount of pixels at each of the moving points on the basis of the management number information, moves the respective pixels of the moving points on the basis of a result of the calculation, and applies image interpolation processing to images around the moving points to produce a watermark embedding image wherein the management number information is used for electronic watermark basic data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
