PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress aging degradation of a resin by shutting off a screwed portion, on which stress is generated, of a decorative panel from the outside air, and preventing attachment of an oil content in the air to the screwed portion. SOLUTION: In this air conditioner 1 comprising the decorative panel 3 made of the resin and covering a lower face side of an air conditioner main body 2, the decorative panel 3 is fixed to the air conditioner main body 2 by a screw 80B, and a pocket portion 99 is disposed to receive the part of the decorative panel on which the stress is generated by the screw 80B, and a part exposed to a side panel 19A side, of the screw 80B in an approximately sealed state.
