PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile vibration absorbing device used as an automobile engine mount having improved strength as a whole, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The vibration absorbing device comprises a rubber elastic body 3 having a vibration absorbing function, and a resin bracket 2 integrated therewith and fixed to a base in a state of supporting the body. The resin bracket 2 has a core layer 2a using a polyamide resin with elastomer dispersed therein, and a skin layer 2b composed of a polyamide resin containing a fibrous filler for covering the layer.
