PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a small inexpensive mobile battery for an SS communication instrument capable of supplying electric energy for a long time without charging. SOLUTION: The mobile battery small, portable, and usable for a very long time is constructed by utilizing an output recovery phenomenon in intermittent use, which is equipped with a specific ceramic formed by applying specific work to an electric energy holding material such as Shirasu (a type of light gray volcanic ash) balloon with hydrogen elements or minus-ionic water, and ensuring an electric energy source having a constant level, or by controlling with an electric energy synthesis control circuit and an electric energy control circuit to always keep an electric power level in a constant quality.
