PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program for having a computer generate application software in correspondence to an aim while avoiding hang-up. SOLUTION: A receiving means 201 outputs an evaluation standard Sftreceived from outside to an evaluation means 204. A performance means 202 reads application software (ASP) stored in a storage means 203, performs it while avoiding hang-up, and calculates an evaluation value FtP. An evaluating means 204 compares the evaluation value FtPwith the evaluation standard Sft and individually evaluates an ASP. An evolution means 205 evolves the ASPhaving the evaluation value FtPequal to the evaluation standard Sftor larger, while an erasing means 206 erases the ASPwhich has the evaluation value FtPcomprising "0" and has once been performed.
