摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a gooseneck fluorescent lamp with a longer length than before and an arbitrary pitch using a straight tube lamp manufactured by the present facility. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the gooseneck fluorescent lamp has a process in which a phosphor layer is coated and formed on the inner circumference of a first lamp tube 11A of straight tube shape and an electrode 14 is welded at one end of the first lamp tube, and a projection part 16 is formed at the connecting plan portion by heating and softening the connecting plan portion 15 of the first lamp tube; a phosphor layer 15 is coated and formed on the inner circumference of a second lamp tube of straight tube shape and an electrode 14 is welded at the one end of the second lamp tube, and the other end part of the second lamp tube is bending processed in L-shape of a prescribed pitch, and a bent lamp tube 11B is produced; and by melting and connecting the tip part of the bent portion 21 of the bent lamp tube to the projection part of the first lamp tube, a connected lamp tube 11C connected in U-shape is produced.
