A FFS(Fringe Field Switching) mode liquid crystal display apparatus is provided to supply common voltage only in real operating place and time by forming an extra via which is contacted to a pixel electrode of a dummy pixel area and the common line of an adjacent pixel area in a dummy pixel area, thereby reducing a remained image of a screen and consumption power of a liquid crystal display apparatus. A FFS(Fringe Field Switching) mode liquid crystal display apparatus comprises the following parts: a plurality of gate lines(110) and a plurality of data lines; a plurality of pixel areas in which TFT(Thin Film Transistor) is installed; a plurality of common lines(130) which are installed from the plurality of pixel lines to a plurality of gate lines; and an extra via(150) which is contacted to a pixel electrode of a dummy pixel area and the common line of an adjacent pixel area in a dummy pixel area of a cutting line of the common line. |
