<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an output of a video image displayed on a PC in VoD service. <P>SOLUTION: When a wireless terminal 20 exists in the vicinity of an installation place, a display controller 10 performs communications with the wireless terminal 20 through wireless LAN base station equipment 80 in order to manage and register whether a user, i.e. the owner of the wireless terminal 20 is at home or going out. The display controller 10 accesses a VoD server 40 through the wireless LAN base station equipment 80 and a network 50 and acquires viewing/listening data.
