<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, a document relevant information management processing program, and a recording medium for appropriately performing documentation management by analyzing and outputting information relevant to document data to be printed. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing system 10 extracts the document information relevant to the document data from the document data to be printed based on a predetermined extraction condition with a printer driver 3, and stores the extracted document information in a recording section 4. An organizing section 5 analyzes the document information stored in the recording section 4 based on a predetermined condition, creates organizing information about the handling of document data of the document information, and outputs the created organizing information from a presenting section 6 by display, voice, or the like.
