PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building capable of dispersing a transmission place in response to the direction of force acing on a joining part, by effectively using a locking metallic material for installing a suspension bolt. SOLUTION: This unit building 10 is formed by joining an upper floor building unit 1B on a lower floor building unit 1A having a box metallic material 2 capable of installing the suspension bolt 5 inside a wall. The box metallic material 2 has a hexagonal nut 21 capable of threadedly engaging the suspension bolt 5 and a frame body 22 to be installed and fixed inside the wall. The upper end of a connecting bolt 3 of fixing the lower end to the hexagonal nut 21, is fixed to the upper floor building unit 1B. A wall upper frame 11 of the lower floor building unit 1A and an underfloor frame 12 of the upper floor building unit 1B, are joined by a shearing bolt 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
