PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring the amount of compound in a cell easily and accurately. SOLUTION: The method for measuring the amount of compound in a cell includes a step of bringing the cell into contact with a compound to be inspected (1); a step of adding the cell brought into contact with the compound to be inspected in (1) to the upper part of a silicone oil solution layer superimposed at the upper part of the solution layer (2); a step of integrating the cell at the solution layer part (3); a step of crushing or dissolving the cell (4); and a step of measuring the amount of compound to be inspected, contained in the crushed liquid or solution obtained in (4) by one of a liquid chromatographic (LC) method, a gas chromatographic (GC) method, a liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometer (LC-MS) method, a liquid-chromatograph tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method, and a gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method.
