PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately grasp the contact force of a pantagraph to a trolley line and keep it constant, taking the lift by the dynamic pressure at travel of a trolley car into consideration. SOLUTION: A pantagraph is composed of a slider body 5 which is to be pushed against a trolley line T, a spring 6 which pushes this slider body 5 against the trolley line T, a power sensor 9 which measures the displacement or power of this panel 6, and an actuator 8 which controls the force-up power F<SB>C</SB>of the slider body 5 based on the measured value of this power sensor 9. It is provided with a fluid velocity sensor such as a pitot tube 10 or the like which measures the relative flow velocity of the air in the vicinity of the slider body 5. It finds out the lift force F<SB>L</SB>working on the slider body 5 corresponding to the relative flow velocity of the air in the vicinity of this slider body 5 in advance by test, and adds it to spring force F<SB>K</SB>measured by the power sensor 9, thereby getting the contact force F<SB>C</SB>of the slider body 5 to the trolley line T. It controls an actuator 8 according to this contact force F<SB>C</SB>, thereby keeping the contact force constant.
