<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitized solar cell capable of further improving photoelectric transfer efficiency, and its photoelectrode substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectrode substrate 2 of a dye-sensitized solar cell 1 is provided with a flat-plate shape substrate member 5 of light transmission property, a transparent electrode membrane 6 formed on this substrate member 5, a porous semiconductor electrode membrane 7 formed on the transparent electrode membrane 6, and a sensitized dye adsorbed or carried by the porous semiconductor electrode membrane 7. A plurality of recessed parts 8 of nearly square pyramid shape which have nearly square opening parts 8a and have the topmost vertices of pyramid face of nearly square pyramid as the deepest portion 8b, are formed separated with a prescribed intervals on the surface of one of the substrate members 5, and a plurality of recessed parts 9 are formed on the surface on the opposite side to the substrate member 5 of the transparent electrode membrane 6 so that each deepest portion 9b may correspond to each deepest portion 8b of the plurality of the recessed parts 8 of the substrate member 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
