<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a yellowing, falls of a luminance and a light condensing resulting from a conductive heat transfer which are produced when white resin is used for a reflecting surface of a lead frame of a high luminance LED or the like for lighting or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This LED device is excellent in a reflection factor and the light condensing, and is capable of achieving a high luminance, and is characterized in that an interior side of a cup portion made of resin is covered by a metallic deposition layer while being separated from a bottom face and maintaining an electrical insulation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
