PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of reliably guiding hot air from a heater core upwardly without any size increase such as expansion of a casing in the vehicle width direction. SOLUTION: A cold air guide wall 9 for narrowing the flow of cold air passing through an air mix door is provided on the downstream side of the air mix door for adjusting the ratio of air to be heated, hot air guide ribs 11a-11c for guiding the hot air passing through a heater core are provided on the downstream side of the cold air guide wall 9, and there upper ends are arranged above an opening upper edge of the air mix door. The hot air is guided upwardly along the hot air guide ribs 11a-11c, and flows out from the upper ends arranged above the opening upper edge of the air mix door. On the other hand, the flow of the cold air is narrowed by the cold air guide wall 9, and passes through installation parts of the hot air guide ribs 11a-11c, hot air inclusion by the cold air is reduced, and the effect on the hot air can be suppressed.
