<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless DC motor controller that is capable of executing speed control at an optimum phase, while correcting arrangement misalignment of a magnetic-pole position detector of a brushless DC motor within a short period of time, even when the arrangement misalignment is large. <P>SOLUTION: The brushless DC motor controller is provided with a speed-signal generation part 1 for generating a speed signal from a magnetic-pole position signal of the brushless DC motor, a speed control part 2 for generating a current command from a speed command and the speed signal, a voltage command generation part 3 for generating a voltage command from the current command and a current signal, a PWM signal generation part 4 for generating a PWM signal from the voltage command, an inverter 5 for driving the brushless DC motor, while amplifying the PWM signal, a current detection part 6 for generating the current signal, while detecting a DC bus-bar current of the inverter, a current-signal integration part 7 for generating an integrated current value, by integrating the current signal in a prescribed cycle, and a phase correction part 8 for correcting a phase of the current command so that the integrated current value is minimized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
