A cellular phone holder for a two-wheeled vehicle is provided to absorb shock transmitted from a bicycle or a motorcycle without transmitting the shock to a cellular phone by supporting the cellular phone with elastically pressing a bottom support by a spring. In a cellular phone holder for a two-wheeled vehicle, a holder body(10) settles a cellular phone(200) on the upper side. A combining unit(20) installed at the lower part of the holder body is composed of: a combining part(21) covering and supporting a predetermined portion of a frame(100) of the two-wheeled vehicle; a belt rotatably connected to one side of the combining part; and a buckle(25) installed on the other side of the combining part to clamp the belt covering the frame. A supporting unit(30) comprises a pair of first and second side supports(31,32) protruded on the upside of the holder body to support both sides of the cellular phone; a lower support(33) protruded on the upside of the holder body to prop up the lower end of the cellular phone supported by the first and second side supports; and a bottom support(34) installed on the upside of the holder body to move vertically and support the bottom of the cellular phone with coming into contact with the cellular phone. A spring(39) elastically presses the bottom support toward the cellular phone. A gap between the first and second side supports is adjusted by movably installing at least one of the first and second side supports.
