A pipe with a connector packing separation prevention structure is provided to allow for ease of insertion of a second pipe by permitting a protrusion of a packing to be inclined in a second pipe insertion direction. A pipe joint device includes a socket(100) which is formed at one end of a first pipe(10), and has an inside where a packing(200) and a second pipe is inserted and an outer surface on which a screw thread(110) is formed; and a tightening cap(300) coupled to the screw thread of the socket so as to tighten the socket. The socket has an inner surface with a groove(120) formed by a protrusion which is inclined toward the second pipe. The tightening cap includes a packing press portion(310) which is inclined toward the first pipe and cooperates with the protrusion of the groove to form an inverse triangle shape so as to prevent separation of the packing. The packing includes a first protrusion(210) contacting the protrusion of the groove, the inner surface of the socket, and the packing press portion; and a second protrusion(220,230) protruded toward the center of the socket, being inclined toward the first pipe.
