A water tank with water-pressure prevention and training wall functions is provided to prevent breakage of a circular or snail-shaped wall body due to water pressure and to increase dissolved oxygen in the water by injecting the air into the lower end of the water tank through an aeration pipe. In a water tank(100) with water-pressure prevention and training wall functions, plural supports(20) having V-shaped grooves are positioned on an inner bottom part(101) of a wall body(120) of the water tank in the predetermined height. Both ends of the support are settled to a fixing plate installed at the bottom of the water tank. The lower ends of circular wall bodies(40) with a training wall function and attached with a photocatalyst are fixed in the V-shaped grooves of the supports, respectively by welding. A water collecting tool(210) connected to a water inflow pipe is installed at the lower side of the circular wall body fixed to the support, installed integrally with the circular wall body in a circular form. The water flows in through a gap between the supports installed at the bottom of the water tank by forming plural water outflow holes at the water collecting tool. Plural reinforcing plates(50) are horizontally installed and welded between the circular wall bodies set up on the support to form the multiple-wall, in order to support and fix the circular wall bodies. A wall body supporting plate(60) is welded in the inner center of the water tank between the circular wall body and the inner wall surface of the water tank in a cross form, to support and fix the circular wall bodies. UV(Ultraviolet) lamps(90) are mounted on the wall body of the water tank and the circular wall body set up on the support.
