A mounting device of a vehicle door is provided to install a position change correcting unit comprising a guiding wheel installed on a fixing member and each elastically supported by horizontal springs and vertical springs respectively wherein a door inserted to a center section of the guiding wheel is adjusted for shift in position by compressing horizontal or vertical springs, thereby preventing force mounting of a misaligned door as in a conventional method and allows swift and accurate mounting of the door to the white body. A mounting device of a vehicle door comprises a position change correcting unit(320) installed on an upper surface of a base, a H(height) distance adjusting cylinder for adjusting the installation height of a door(110), a vertical angle adjusting cylinder for adjusting the vertical angle between the door and a white body, a fixing clamp installed on a supporting bar for preventing the door from falling, a T coordinate adjusting device for adjusting the installation distance of the door, and a L coordinate adjusting device for adjusting the installation distance of the door. The position change correcting unit includes a frame fixed to the base, a fixing member(322) elastically supported to the frame by vertical springs(323), a guiding wheel(324) installed on an upper end of the fixing member and rotated, and horizontal springs(325) elastically supporting the guiding wheel. A returning device is installed on one side of the base and returns the supporting bar back to initial position. Stoppers are installed on one side of the H distance adjusting cylinder and on one side of the vertical angle adjusting cylinder to limit movements of the two cylinders.
