摘要 A micro catalytic combustor is provided to be capable of being formed in an ultra-fine shape by using a silicon reinforcement structure, and to ensure good strength and a simple production process by using a porous silicon structure identical to a reinforcement structure. A micro catalytic combustor acts as a heat source for a fuel cell. The micro catalytic combustor includes: an inlet(220) into which pre-mixed gases are injected; an outlet(230) from which a reaction resultant is discharged; and a combustion room(120) which is formed between the inlet and outlet and has an inner wall surface for supporting a catalyst, wherein the inner wall surface is formed of a porous silicon layer. The micro catalytic combustor is separated into a reinforcement structure(100) on which the combustion room is formed, and a cover structure(200) which covers the combustion room.
