CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR CONNECTING A BRANCH PIPE TO A MAIN PIPE AND A BRANCH PIPE THEREFOR

A construction method for connecting a branch pipe to a sewer pipe and a branch pipe used for the construction are provided to make construction simple, to heighten workability and to secure solidity and watertightness. The branch pipe(10) is attached with an auxiliary pad(12) and an adhesive pad(11), wherein the auxiliary pad and the adhesive pad are attached at the distance corresponding to the thickness of a sewer pipe connected with the branch pipe and manufactured with elastic materials such as rubber resins. The construction method for connecting a branch pipe to a sewer pipe comprises the steps of perforating a connecting hole to a sewer pipe to insert a branch pipe, inserting a branch pipe to the connecting hole of the sewer pipe, adhering an auxiliary pad of the branch pipe closely to the inside of the connecting hole of the sewer pipe by pulling out the branch pipe inserted to the connecting hole of the sewer pipe gradually, and applying adhesives such as epoxy on the upper part of the connecting hole of the sewer pipe and attaching an adhesive pad of the branch pipe to the sewer pipe.
