A device for forming a natural fishing ground is provided to prevent exhaustion of fish by growing grown fish of breeding time and fries and to enable a user to obtain natural fish without using an artificial farming. A fishing net(10) that is placed on a bottom of a sea is installed. Fishing banks(16) are formed on the bottom of the fishing net by bamboo and bush clover. The fishing banks are fixed on a fixing bottom body(12). The fishing net is supported by a frame(14) made of a natural material to form a predetermined receiving space inside the fishing net. A fry fishing net(20) is supported by a frame(22) made of a natural material to be enclosed with a closer fishing net. An openable door whose one side is open is installed. One side of the door is selectively installed to be opened and closed. |
