A mobile device is provided to enhance user convenience by allowing the first and second frames to be slidably moved semi-automatically and changing the angle of the second frame with respect to the first frame in an opened state. A base member(7) is mounted on one of the first frame(2) and the second frame. A slider member(8) is slidably combined with the base member(7) and mounted on the other of the first frame(2) and the second frame. A force working unit(9) is installed between the base member(7) and the slider member(8), has one end portion connected with the base member(8) and the other end portion connected with the slider member(8), and applies a sliding force to the slider member(8) in an opening direction or closing direction from a certain position with respect to the base member(7). A rotating unit(6) is installed between the base member(7) and one of the first and second frames. A shaft(11) is mounted on one of the base member(7) and one of the frames. A bracket(12) is rotatably supported by the shaft(11), is mounted on the base member(7) and the other of the frames, and rotatably supports the second frame with respect to the first frame(2) in the opening state.
