A PTO(power takeoff) transmission structure for a tractor is provided to facilitate power transmission in a selected PTO mode by simplifying the PTO transmission structure. A PTO transmission structure for a tractor comprises a rear PTO shaft(12) provided at a rear portion of the PTO transmission structure and a middle PTO shaft(13) provided at a lower portion of the PTO transmission structure. A PTO mode selection unit(66) is disposed on a PTO transmission shaft of the tractor to selectively output power to the rear mode PTO shaft or the middle PTO shaft. A one-way clutch(46) and a PTO clutch(47) are provided at an upper portion of the PTO mode selection unit. The one-way clutch, the PTO clutch and the PTO mode selection unit are concentrically arranged.
