A dual mass flywheel is provided to prevent hysteresis and abrasion caused by a reaction force of a clutch pedal if the clutch pedal is pressed. A dual mass flywheel includes the first mass member, the second mass member, and a rolling bearing(100). The first mass member is confined into the first fly wheel coupled to the output axis of an engine. The second mass member includes the second fly wheel such that the second mass member rotates with respect to the first mass member. The rolling bearing(100) is interposed between the first mass member and the second mass member. The rolling bearing(100) includes a thrust needle bearing. A bush is interposed between the first mass member and the second mass member. The first mass member is pressurized in a direction of the second mass member.
