An accelerating apparatus and a method for generating and distributing electric power are provided to maximize driving efficiency of a motor by reusing a charged power as a driving power for the motor. An accelerating apparatus includes at least one first rotor(120) and a second rotor(150). The first rotor is coupled with a first rotational axis and includes plural first permanent magnets and plural second permanent magnets. The first permanent magnets are arranged to be apart from each other on an outer periphery of the first rotor. The second permanent magnets are arranged to be apart from each other on an inner periphery of the first rotor. The second rotor rotates a second rotational axis according to the rotation of the first rotor in order to drive a generator(340). Inner permanent magnets of the second rotor are arranged to correspond to the first and second permanent magnets in the first rotor. The second rotor is coupled with the second rotational axis. The generator supplies electric power to a condenser and a load, respectively.
