A disc drive door apparatus is provided to decrease noise generated when a tray is come out and come back to the original position by preventing contact of a door and a tray mutually. A disc drive door apparatus comprises a case(10), a tray(40), a door(20), and a contact prevention member(50). The case has a disc insertion port. The tray has a disc. The door opens and closes the disc insertion port according to the charging and discharging of the tray to be formed on the front of the tray. The contact prevention member prevents the contact of the tray and the door.
