PURPOSE:To largely improve operation rate of a mold opening/closing device by connecting a bladder holding flange for holding an upper end of a bladder and a bladder holding flange for holding a lower end of the bladder through a member which can be put in and taken out. CONSTITUTION:An interval of upper and lower bladder holding flanges 23, 14 at the time that a bladder B is pulled out from a tire T and extended for putting and taking out the tire T in and from a tire mold M comes to be 2-3 times an interval at the time that the bladder B is inserted into the tire T during vulcanization of the tire. A concentricity of the upper and lower bladder holding flanges 23, 14 at the time that the bladder B is inserted into the unvulcanized tire largely influences the quality of the tire T. Besides, when the mold M is to be transferred to other place during the vulcanization, the presence of parts which protrude from the tire mold M is not desirable from a safety standpoint. For these reasons, while the upper and lower bladder holding flanges 23 and 14 are connected by a member 35 which can be put in and taken out, the member 35 which can be put in and taken out is contracted during the vulcanization of the tire, and is extended when the tire T is put in and taken out. |
