PURPOSE:To surely collect maintenance information even when communication between a service correspondence device and a controller is disabled in a maintenance information collecting method in a fast data exchange. CONSTITUTION:A maintenance information accumulation device 17 capable of accumulating the maintenance information transferred from each service correspondence device 200 by unifying for a prescribed period is provided. The service correspondence device 200 transfers collected maintenance information to the maintenance information accumulation device 17 via a transfer route provided in a speech path device 12 separately when a route on which the maintenance information is collected via the speech path device 12 is disabled to use. The maintenance information accumulation device 17 accumulates the maintenance information transferred from the service correspondence device 200, and samples the maintenance information of the service correspondence device 200 accumulated in the maintenance information accumulation device 17.
