<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deaerator eliminating and liquefying bubbles produced in boiling liquid through boiling highly viscous and effervescent liquid (effervescent highly viscous liquid) such as soybean slurry without using an antifoaming agent and a foam breaking medium. <P>SOLUTION: This deaerator 11 which deaerates airtight inner air under reduced pressure is set with a cooling means 13, and has a supply means which supplies liquid heated by a heating means to the deaerator 11, and a discharge means which discharges liquid continuously or intermittently.
