<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club for shafts which can significantly increase the yardage of a gold ball. <P>SOLUTION: In the golf club for shafts (11) which is made cylindrical so as to make its outer diameter diminish toward its tip end (11A) from its butt end (11B), a reinforcing layer (11C) for reducing and blocking the deflection is formed up to a part over 530 mm from the tip end to make the frequency of the part over 530 mm from the tip end higher than that without the reinforcing layer.
