PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain reproduction quality when reproducing reproduction data even when a memory card is inserted or extracted during reproduction of the reproduction data. SOLUTION: A data reproducing device 300 accesses to a storage medium 405 corresponding to insertion or extraction of the removable storage medium 405. The data reproducing device 300 invalidates the access to the storage medium 405 when a determination part 402 determines there is a reproduction request of the reproduction data stored in a storage part 401, and validates the access to the storage medium 405 when the determination part 402 determines there is a reproduction completion request of the reproduction data.
