PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide surface emitting laser equipment capable of reducing the number of components, eliminating the necessity of a complex adjustment process and emitting multiple polarized light signals. SOLUTION: This surface emitting laser equipment comprises four emitters (emitter 11A, emitter 11B, emitter 11C and emitter 11D) formed on a single substrate. Each of the emitters contains a separate upper electrode independently and allows independent activation. An opening 45 is arranged in the emitters 11B, 11C and 11D in a way that its clockwise directions in those emitters are 45, 90 and 135 degrees for that of the opening 45 in the emitter 11A. In this way, the emitter 11B receives light emitted from the emitter A in an linear polarization direction rotated by 45 degrees, the emitter 11C receives it in a direction rotated by 90 degrees and the emitter 11D receives it in a direction rotated by 135 degrees.
