RADIO BASE STATION AND RADIO CHANNEL UPDATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly start radio channel updating processing without waiting for DFS cycle when another radio base station uses the same radio channel, in a radio base station which dynamically updates a radio channel to be used. SOLUTION: A radio base station is provided with a frame transmitting section for transmitting a radio frame storing information indicating the operation method of a radio channel to be used by this side radio base station, when a plurality of radio base stations using the same radio channel exist in mutual communication areas and the radio base stations each employ any one of operating methods in which a radio channel to be used is changed fixedly or dynamically; a frame receiving section for receiving the radio frame storing the information indicating an operation method which has been transmitted from the opposite radio base station; and a judging section for allowing start of processing for dynamically changing the radio channel when it is detected that the opposite radio base station employs the operating method of fixing the radio channel, from the received radio frame.
