PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer film with resealing function which shows excellent food sanitary properties, successful easy unsealing nature and resealing facility only by pressure contact bonding using a hand or a finger, and a resealable package using this film. SOLUTION: This multi-layer film has a surface resin layer (A), an adhesive resin layer (B), a release resin layer (C) and a heat-seal resin layer (D), laminated in the order of (A)/(B)/(C)/(D). In addition, the adhesive resin layer (B) is composed mainly of a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer with -35°C or higher temperature indicating a peak value of the dissipation factor (tanδ), measured at 10 Hz frequency by a dynamic viscoelastic measurement. Further, the heat-seal resin layer (D) is made to heat-seal by a heat-sealing part of a sealable object, and then, the inter layer release between the adhesive resin layer (B) and the release resin layer (C) is observed in the heat-sealing part, when the multi-layer film is released from the heat-sealing part.
