<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated electronic component which can be baked in a reductive atmosphere, has excellent DC bias characteristics, has decreased electrostriction quantity when a voltage is applied, and further, has an improved relative permittivity and capacitive temperature characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated electronic component has a dielectric layer and an internal electrode layer, wherein the dielectric layer consists of a dielectric porcelain composition containing BaTiO<SB>3</SB>, SrTiO<SB>3</SB>and CaTiO<SB>3</SB>as main components, and forming a composite structure in which these BaTiO<SB>3</SB>, SrTiO<SB>3</SB>and CaTiO<SB>3</SB>do not substantially form a solid solution with each other but contained as a form of a plurality of BaTiO<SB>3</SB>crystal particles, SrTiO<SB>3</SB>crystal particles and CaTiO<SB>3</SB>crystal particles, and in the dielectric layer, the difference (A<SB>BT</SB>-B<SB>BT</SB>) between a proportion A<SB>BT</SB>[%] of BaTiO<SB>3</SB>crystal particles in electrode contact particles 2a as particles directly contacting the internal electrode layer 3 and a proportion B<SB>BT</SB>[%] of BaTiO<SB>3</SB>crystal particles in non-electrode contact particles 2b as particles not contacting the internal electrode layer 3 is 5% or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
