A method of manufacturing an induction heating type cookware is provided to attach heat conductive plates to a thin cookware or to a cookware with a narrow inlet by pressing the heat conductive plates to the center of an aluminum plate, performing a drawing process and a cutting process, and then making the rest part except a bottom part thin. A method of manufacturing an induction heating type cookware includes the steps of pressing thermal conductive plates(2) on the center of an aluminum plate to obtain a first mold, drawing the first mold and then cutting the first mold to obtain a second mold, molding a lateral wall of the second mold to be thin to obtain a third mold, and molding a lateral part of the third mold to obtain a fourth mold which is a final product.
