<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-oriented electrical steel sheet having high strength and also having excellent sheet shape and magnetic properties without adding restrictions on steel sheet production and new stages to the production of an ordinary non-oriented electrical steel sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The high strength non-oriented electrical steel sheet has a controlled componential composition comprising, by mass, ≤0.005% C, 2.0 to 4.0% Si, 0.6 to 2.0% V, ≤3.0% Mn, ≤2.0% Al, ≤0.2% P, ≤0.01% S and ≤0.005% N, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, and also, the abundance ratio of the unrecrystallized recovered structure in the steel sheet is controlled to ≥50%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
