PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hysteresis inverter circuit with high accuracy, the path scale of which is small and which is not influenced by the fluctuations of the input voltage. SOLUTION: The inverter circuit and a transistor, having a threshold different from that of a transistor constituting the inverter circuit, are combined, and the timing of ON/OFF of the transistors is controlled. Thus, two different thresholds are provided to the hysteresis inverter circuit, and the hysteresis inverter circuit, having the smaller circuit scale and with high accuracy which will not be influenced by the fluctuations in the input voltage, is realized.
