PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device and manufacturing method of medical purpose dialysis fluid for safely manufacturing the medical purpose dialysis fluid practically without contaminations by microbes and endotoxin. SOLUTION: For the manufacturing device 10 of the medical purpose dialysis fluid, a preceding stage filter 11 whose pore size is about 0.5 to 10μm, a softening apparatus 12 filled with an ion exchange resin, an active carbon apparatus 13 for removing an oxidizing agent such as chlorine, a post stage filter 14 whose pore size is smaller than the that of the preceding stage filter for removing impurities flowing out from the active carbon apparatus 13, a reverse osmosis membrane apparatus 1, an electric deionized water manufacturing device 2 and a dialysis raw fluid mixing device 3 are installed in the order from the upstream, and they are respectively connected by connection piping. When the dialysis raw fluid mixing device 3 is stopped, by a backflow preventing valve 4, the dialysis fluid after being mixed with dialysis raw fluid is prevented from flowing back to lower the electric resistance of EDI processed water and cause earth leakage through the processed water.
