PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal information notification method capable of notifying terminal information such as the electronic mail address and telephone number of a mobile station itself by using a voice signal, and to provide an exchange and the mobile stations to be used for the method. SOLUTION: A storage device 3 previously stores the telephone numbers and the mail addresses of the respective mobile stations. When the mobile station 7A at an incoming side is incoming impossible; a CPU 2 transmits the guidance of incoming impossible and message reception to the mobile station 7A at an originating side by using an existing automatic answering service, and registers a message in a voice storage device 4 which is transmitted from the mobile station 7A in response to the transmission of the guidance. Besides, the CPU 2 reads the telephone number and the electronic mail address of the mobile station 7A from the storage device 3, and performs conversion into an analog voice signal by a D/A converter 5. The analog voice signal is transmitted to the mobile station 7B together with the message from the mobile station 7A in response to a message request from the mobile station 7B.
