PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correspond to an external force applied from backward. SOLUTION: A hook holder 7 rotatable around a centerline of a grip 2 is installed at a rear end of a tubular grip 2 formed on one side of a body 1 of a hammering tool, and a hook 5 is held by the hook holder 7. A hooking part 6 installed on one end of the hook is projected from the hook holder 7. The hook is made movable in a diameter direction of the grip 2 relative to the hook holder 7, and rotatable in a direction that the hooking part 6 is inclined toward the body 1.
