PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that an unacceptable film roll is generated due to the deteriorated characteristics of a film-attached base etc. as a level difference streak is left unremoved in a film drawn from a film roll by a level difference caused in a film winding core for the thickness of a film end part, and increase in manufacturing cost attributed to the winding of a shock-absorbing material around the winding core in order to prevent the level difference streak from occurring or the formation of a recessed part for engulfing the level difference part on the surface of the winding core, in the film roll with the film winding core as a core member, around which the film is wound. SOLUTION: This film roll is used in a film lamination process for laminating the film 3 on the base, and has a winding head of the film 3 fastened to the columnar or cylindrical winding core 1 with elastic double-sided adhesive tapes 2 and 5. Further, the film 3 is wound around the winding core 1, and fastened to the winding core 1 in the way that the winding head end part 3a of the film 3 adheres to the double-sided adhesive tapes 2 and 5.
