PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture stabilizing device of a vehicle capable of stabilizing posture of the vehicle by using travelling wind when there is a possibility of rolling-over, etc. in travelling the vehicle. SOLUTION: This posture stabilizing device of the vehicle is constituted of a speed detection means to detect speed of the vehicle, a travelling state detection means to detect a travelling state of the vehicle, a control device to input detection information of the speed detection means and the travelling state detection means and a plurality of variable wings installed on a roof of a box type load carrying platform of the vehicle and free to adjust an angle by driving of an actuator, the variable wings are arranged left and right of the roof of the box type load carrying platform and respectively in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and the control device characteristically generates down force against force in the rolling direction by the travelling wind hitting the variable wings on the vehicle by adjusting the angle of the variable wings by the actuator in finding a sign of the rolling-over of the vehicle from the detection information of the speed detection means and the travelling state detection means.
